| follow these steps to ensure best results with your tan: |
| before tanning: |
- exfoliate your body when showering leaving nothing on your skin at all (ie: perfume,moisturiser)
- wear attire that is suitable for tanning (ie: dark loose fitting clothing & thongs)
- we recommend that you do not wear make-up

| after tanning: |
- do not get any water (or liquids) on skin after tan until you have shower
- for best results do not shower for up to 12 hours after tan
- we recommend that you do not exercise or perspire excessivly between showering and tanning
- to prolong tan moisturise after each shower
- avoid long hot showers or baths, hot spas and chlorine pools
